To access pink4d's betting Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and current.
You are permitted to hold only one Account with pink4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and Bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
pink4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account credentials.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account settings promptly. pink4d reserves the right to suspend Accounts with outdated or inaccurate information until verification is completed.
pink4d accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit/debit cards at this time. Minimum Deposit amount is Rp 25,000 per transaction. There is no maximum Deposit limit per transaction, but daily and monthly Deposit limits may apply based on your Account status and verification level.
Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to technical delays or banking system maintenance. If your Deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
pink4d does not charge any fees for Deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are legally yours to use. pink4d reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation (bank statements, employment records, tax returns) if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Accounts suspected of involvement in financial crimes will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.
You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that:

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, on public holidays, or if additional verification checks are required. Withdrawals requested outside of Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00 - 20:00 WIB) will be processed on the next business day.
pink4d does not charge Withdrawal fees for transactions of Rp 100,000 or more. For Withdrawals between Rp 50,000 and Rp 99,999, a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000 may apply. Maximum Withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Higher amounts may be withdrawn in multiple transactions.
In accordance with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, pink4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on Withdrawals that appear unusual or inconsistent with your betting patterns. You may be required to provide additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of your winnings before a Withdrawal is approved.
pink4d offers various Bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome Bonuses, reload Bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Bonus eligibility is determined at pink4d's sole discretion and may be subject to specific criteria such as Deposit amount, Account verification status, and participation in promotional periods.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are available only to verified Accounts in good standing. Users who have previously abused Bonus offers or breached these Terms & Conditions may be excluded from future promotions.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough conditions) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, the Deposit amount) before the Bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Example: A 100% Bonus up to Rp 2,000,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means that if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus, you must wager Rp 60,000,000 (30 × [Rp 1,000,000 Bonus + Rp 1,000,000 Deposit]) before you can withdraw the Bonus funds.

All Bets placed through pink4d are subject to acceptance by our system. pink4d reserves the right to refuse or void any Bet at our discretion, including Bets placed on events with incorrect odds, suspended markets, or after the official start time of an event. Once accepted, a Bet constitutes a binding contract between you and pink4d.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis, WBC for boxing). pink4d's decision on Bet settlement is final unless a clear error can be demonstrated.

pink4d's Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous availability.
pink4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of pink4d shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower.
pink4d shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor strikes, telecommunications failures, power outages, wars, or terrorist acts.
pink4d reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily or permanently if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon suspension, you will be notified via email and given an opportunity to respond. If the suspension is upheld, your Account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance (excluding Bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or damages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
As part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, pink4d offers self-exclusion options for Users who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or place Bets. We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia - BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be Indonesian or English as mutually agreed.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to your use of pink4d's Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. By using our Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts for the resolution of any legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
